The Broadway Bubble and Community Hub
The Broadway Bubble includes a low-cost laundromat that provides a safe and affordable space for local residents to do laundry, as well as an adjacent 850 sq. ft. Community Hub. The Community Hub offers a wide array of free classes and trainings, including language, fitness, financial literacy, and more. In the Fall of 2023, the Bubble’s backyard was upgraded to include a fenced-in green space with a children’s play area and fruit trees. In 2024, the Bubble began a multi-year effort to replace and upgrade the nearly 20-year-old machines. The Bubble and Community Hub are both operated by Kingston Midtown Rising, a community-based non-profit organization.
